We want you to love your purchase from Bourke-Dooney.com. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:
✔ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
✔ Tags and protective covers must still be attached
✔ Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
✖ Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned


How to Return

  1. Start Your Return at bourke-dooney.com/returns
  2. Pack Securely – Use the original packaging if possible
  3. Ship It Back – Attach the prepaid return label (U.S. customers only)
  4. Track Your Return – You’ll receive email confirmation once processed

Refund Details

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)


Exchanges

For a different size/color:

  1. Select “Exchange” when starting your return
  2. Note your preferred replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received

International Returns

• Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs
• Duties/taxes are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives flawed:

  2. Provide photos of the issue
  3. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
